It's the uni and UK experience that the luckier kids should experience. Cirencester is the premier agricultural college on the planet.

We have Gwebi and Backfordby colleges here that were internationally recognised, but they've gone the way of our cricket and then some. We need to find the common denominator and fix it
It’s not some profound experience though
Zimbabweans are weird sometimes

6 months working full time with a successful farm in Zimbabwe would be better prep than 3 years in a classroom in England surely.

My uncle would have taught him for free, as long as he keeps banging the runs for Zimbabwe in the meantime

Farmers look for farm managers with a good agricultural degree, puts you on the front foot big time.

Plus you do some farm time as part of your degree. Fancy high tech mechanised farms.

Milton has played some good shots for no return. Needs to keep his cool, he's looking good.

There's generally always something to work with with most of our youngsters. Problem is we don't have the coaches to do the job, or the coaches who are capable, don't get the roles. That ends up doing to the Taka mates.
