According to this, Chigs and Vitori could be back in the squad:

I would be surprised if Vitori returns. He has played virtually no cricket this season, and what he has played has not gone well...

Yep, there's probably at least half a dozen bowlers above him in the pecking order based on the last two seasons.

If he is fit, I'd be happy to see him play in the warm-up match, just to see where his game is at. I also wouldn't mind seeing him in the training squad, as he may well be an important player for Zim in the future.

Chigs for the T20s yes. ODI - perhaps. Test, don't know. If he bats 7, I guess with Taylor keeping.

Totally agreed. And nomention of Rainsford? That would be more credible than Vitori comming back from nowhere!

The only reason to pick Vitori at the moment is if you think he has the wood on the Bangladeshi batsmen who are still having nightmares about him from their last tour. But domestically he hasn't done anything for a while now. Chigumbura should probably come back in the side, and Rainsford should be there too.

I'm worried that he will prefer to wander off to the UK, as he does most years, and play for some village club instead...

Can't blame him, can we? If he deserved to be selected as much as he was and is overlooked (without giving any reason), on what guarantee would he stay back?
