Bennett and Munyonga broke an all time Zim partnership record, if I'm not mistaken.

When was the last time, if ever, that you have seen two double hundreds on the same scorecard?

Mathew welch looks a better players than big bro based on recent last 10 games.
Larry demolished Welch snr's stumps today with one that nipped back.

He's actually had a very solid season Chatara. Responded to his omission by playing every week, putting in a shift and being effective. Fair play to him. When the next test side is selected, he won't be far away.
No more Larry thanks

He’s done exactly what a player should do when dropped, which is go back to domestic and be one of the best players in the tournament. Good luck to him.

He’ll be in with a shout for red ball selection. And that’s fair

Interesting them declaring with Bennett on 264 not out.
I'd have been a mite peeved if I were him. You might, if you're lucky get maybe one more shot in your career at a triple.

Must win game to secure the title on a road. Fair enough decision.

It's far from a road now. The odd ball is not bouncing higher than 2 inches. I'd bet my house Mountaineers will win by an innings.

And when he's bowling well he's a handful.

Pitch / ball has done a bit more this morning but I think Eagkes have batted poorly on the whole other than Welch and to an extent Marumani. Some poor dismissals compared to how Mountaineers played.

Should be pretty flat this afternoon after lunch as usual. Still looking like a very likely innings win for Mountaineers though. Same in the other game for Tuskers
