Associates Watch 2018-2023

Post by Kriterion_BD »

Associates as a whole are stronger now than ever before, with quite a few of them capable of upsetting almost any team in world cricket on their day. The Scots just took down the #1 ranked side in the world, a full strength England side and racked up a mammoth total of 370 plus.

The ODI league needs to be expanded to 15-16 teams in my opinion. After about 15 years of spending millions of dollars on the Intercontinental Cup and World Cricket League, we see the results. Scotland, Nepal, Netheralands, even UAE and Hong Kong are more than capable of competing with many of the Test playing nations.

How about providing all the 104 members ODI status, just like T20I status?

No way. Then its possible for a guy to take 600 wickets against Myanmar and say he's a better bowler than Wasim Akram who onlly took 500 odd.
