AB hits a 57 century against India today, played some unbelievable shots but the most impressive thing was hearing the Mumbai crowd chant "ABD ABD ABD ABD" not bad having your name chanted by the opposition crowd when you're murdering their bowling attack .....
Btw it's his 3rd century of the series what a star surely he is the best batsman in the world by a country mile .....

What a beast. He has to be the most destructive batsman in history after Viv. He did it at the world cup with 4 fielders manning the fence, but this is in the post rule change with 5 men guarding the boundaries!

Yes, I thought this was a phenomenon only in Bangalore, but ABD is getting these chants and respect wherever he plays across India while he is murdering our own bowling attacks mercilessly. Knowledgeable crowd, etc. is fine, but this is beyond all that. The love and admiration he is getting is sensational. He has definitely overtaken Steve Waugh as the most loved visiting cricketer, and the whole thing is just an indicator of his greatness.
To think that the Mumbai crowd that chanted "Sachin Sachin" is now chanting "ABD ABD" is unbelievable really, hats off to the guy.
