Post by sloandog »

My apologies if this is not the place to discuss the matter, but i'm currently whatching Australia and Pakistan at the SCG. Sean Tait has just bowled 101mph against Imran Farhat :o
I mean, man that is rapid !! Perhaps youngster Kyle Jarvis can follow in his footsteps ;) No pressure Kyle ....

Shaun Tait is a great fast bowler. He was very impressive at the last ODI World Cup.

I'm an Aussie & we are careful using the term "great" when talking about Shaun Tait. In fact, after the disasterous test in Perth against India, the phrase "Australian team " & Shaun Tait should never be mentioned in the same sentence. Until 20/20! He has found his forte in the shortest version. But he doesn't have the cajhoonas to make it in real cricket.

Haha i've found it ! I wondered where it disappeared to
The bloke has some serious pace though. He's consistantly bowling in the 150k mark. If he could just bowl even in ODI's...

Shaun Tait has bowled well in the series against England. On his day he is the most destructive bowler in world cricket.
