K Obrien closing in on what should be a fantastic fighting hundred. If Ireland can get 150-200, they might have a shot.

Great to see the Irish fighting and taking this game to a 5th day, the Irish remind me of the ‘old Zimbabwe’

Hurts watching them play a test though whilst it looks like the death of ZC is nearing

Yes good fightback by the Irish. Although I have my doubts as to how good this PAK team is. They look weak everywhere except for the spin bowling department. Even that isn't suited for all conditions.

But I've always admired the Irish. They are a humble side that plays within their abilities and maximizes the tools at their disposal. They also have one of the best run administrations in all of cricket.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any suitable links to watch much of this game, but I was able to watch O'brien hit his hundred in a muted stream.

Looking forward to watching more of the Afghan contest in a few weeks.

Great that these guys could play. Ireland have a team that is even older than ours though. They need some runs from the next generation pretty quickly.

Lucky Pakistan got over the line. It would be humiliating for world cricket if Ireland won in their inaugural game given it took a team like New Zealand something like 30 years?
