Introduction

Post by ©hinaman »

Hi everyone,
I am a newbie here.
I read an article on Cricket365 yesterday about Zimbabwe cricket, and realised I knew very little about it.
I followed some links to find this forum, and so I am here.
I may not be able to contribute much.
I intend to learn while I am here.

Oh, my supporting priorites are
Good clean cricket.
Team India.
If India is not playing, I support the underdogs.
I love to watch stylish left handed batsmen, in any team.
And those who know me, I am an extreme supporter of Saurav Ganguly.

I hope to be around often.

[I apologise if this is in an inappropriate place, I couldn't find an introductory section]

Welcome to the boards. :)

You're right, we don't have an introductions section (hmm... maybe an idea), so this is as good a place as any. Zimbabwe may not be the greatest or most popular cricket team around, but they still have their supporters. Hope you enjoy the forums here, and do feel free to take part...

Thanks maehara,

I guess we go thru distinct stages.
When young, cricket is just one's own team.
But gradually it develops to appreciating good cricket.
Finally reach a stage where cricket goes beyond the ropes and into the wider world.

I never knew cricket would oneday have such politics and even crime (betting and fixing) involved.
