Incredible match, Australia clenched defeat from the jaws of victory with that LBW/runout/overthrow ball.

In Laxman's innings, which was superb, there was hardly any footwork at all. It's something Brendan Taylor has been criticised in the past for (not without reason, but compared to Laxman's innings a few days ago you could say Taylor dances all around the pitch!), but it goes to show that when you are going well these things tend to be overlooked :)

Well played India. I was particularly impressed with Ishant Sharma in the first innings, but he came good in the second ;)
Laxman is just a class act. You know i mean, they rave about Tendulker, Dravid, Sehwaag etc, but this guy is a superb batter. I hope he continues to churn out the runs for his country, they certainly needed him in this game :D

Great to see a good test match series. Why anyone would rather watch/play T20 is beyond me. Test match cricket is our sport at its finest.

Also good to see VVS Laxman play well. He has always been one of my favourite players. If your hand/eye coordination is as good as his you don't need footwork.

Tendulker continues to score runs for fun !! ;)
214 in the first innings, and 53* in the second. What a player, a true legend of the game :D

Australia are slowly beginning to go backwards in terms of their international progression. Come the World Cup, things will be different
