Changes to Elite Umpires Panel

For those unaware, the ICC has released the appointments to the EUP for 2013-14 http://www.icc-cricket.com/news/2013/me ... lite-panel. Asad Rauf and Billy Bowen have been dropped, replaced with Paul Reiffel (AUS) and Richard Illingworth (ENG). This has interesting implications for the Ashes- there are now just 4 umpires who aren't English or Australian (Hill, Dar, Erasmus, Dharmasena), so that's it for the Ashes unless they bring in some International Panel Umpires like Johan Cloete or Ranmore Martinecz.
