Namibia looking dismal

Does anyone know what the go with Namibia is at the moment? They have been appalling lately. Where are all of their regulars?
As Namibia were already out of the race for the 2 automatic spots at the 2015 WC, they decided to use this tour of UAE to give exposure to their U-19 team for the next year's U19 World Cup.
And regarding the seniors, as they are amateurs with jobs, they have decided to save their holidays for the World T20 Qualifiers later this year.
