McCullum's triple

Post by Googly »

I believe that McCullum's test and series saving triple century should be acknowledged as one of the greatest test innings in the history of the game. Absolutely unbelievable.

It was pretty special I wonder he stands now in the 'unofficial' rankings of test batsman after the summer he has had .....

Yeah he has too be right up there. Best of the best has to be De Villiers. The way he played Johnson was pure class and I don't believe there is another player on the planet that is capable of that. He made Johnson look medium fast not lethal, it was amazing to watch. It's going to be interesting watching the SA guys try and front up to the inevitable onslaught, there is pride at stake here and I'll bet those guys have been getting it tight in the nets this week. If Johnson comes to Zim this year our boys are going to absolutely shit themselves. That no 11 (forget his name) of ours that faced Tino Best from behind the square leg umpire made me laugh. Hard to blame him.
