yes but they dont just kill any muslims for the sake of it.
ts usually sunnis having a go at Shi'ites or Shi'ites offing Sunnis, or wahabis etc.

They targeted the Sri Lankan team remember. Also these guys want to bring embarrassment to the Pakistani government and there was a bomb attack when Zimbabwe last visited. ISIS are now attacking hospitals in Kabul, there is no limit to who they will go after.

^That is correct. They want to topple the PAK gov and take as many of them down as they can in the process.

There is sectarian element of sunnis vs shia as well. Regardless, its just not a safe place to tour nor is it practical for a impoverished nation like PAK to spend 100 million USD just on security for a PSL Final.
