The Mountaineers are building a bit of a dynasty in domestic cricket. Experienced players with a few youngsters thrown in. This will help bridge the generation gap which emerged after the 2004 exodus.

Kevin Kasuza must be in with a shout of a test call up. Has to be ahead of Burl and Musakanda in my view.

Bottom line Tino should be playing in this game and not in the commentary box.
True. And he was also expressing plans to get back to national reckoning through this domestic season.

But hey, isn't it lovely listening to him on the commentary box? He's really good. Better than all other Zimbo commentators I have heard. Very soothing to listen to, and good insights most of the time. Even the more established ones like Mbangwa and Campbell get boring and predictable. Not Tino.

Tino is a future head to ZC. Intelligent, sensible and realistic. Will have a lot to offer Zimbabwe cricket after his playing days are over.

True but why bring a premature end to his career. It would seem for a country with limited resources in teams of players we do have a lot of turn over. Rogers, Rainsford, Blignault, Cremer, Meth, Mbangwa, Taibu are all players who have all tried something other than cricket.

May as well add Ngarava to the pot.
