I told you all that Kyle Jarvis was a pale shadow of his former average self. Being out bowled by Ryan McLaren was a sign of just how much of a bad investment he was, more so with ZIM being a non Test side and him being a poor short format seamer.

This not only reflects positively on Cephas and negatively on Jarvis, but it also reflects on County cricket.

Also reflects very badly on the cowards who shamelessly continue to hide so low in the Logan Cup.

Guys like Mpofu and Tiripano should demand similar wages, while guys like Shingi, Chatara and Vitori must insist on even more or refuse to play.

They should also demand more money just to bowl anything more than 15 overs per innings! After all, Streak was praising Jarvis for bowling just a handful of overs last time.

If Chatara and Jarvis are both out injured, then this could be seriously ugly on Boxing Day. An attack of Bobby, Shingi and Don would look somewhat uninspiring.

I have never been a big fan of Mutombodzi but the lad has been doing well could as have a shout.

if this was Burl or Tari Taibu would be falling over in celebration. lets see what he does. that is a monumental knock no matter the circumstance. 3 of those bowlers he faced were in our last test squad as well.

he deserves at least a t20 spot.

I think a team like this would be lethal in t20s

Mire
Zhuwao
Hami
BT
Malcolm Waller(can get going very quickly)
Elton (lethal on his day in t20s)
Raza
Nathan Waller/Shingi
Cremer
Chatara
Mpofu (he has a decent slower ball)
You know the man is just not respected when even Taps moves Hammy to accommodate someone. Lol

Ray Gripper scored 279 not out against Free State in 1967/68.

Brian Davison scored 299 for Midlands against Matabeleland in 1974/75 before the tournament acquired first-class status in 1993/94.
