The management has to think of something fresh for this match. May be send Waller in at 3 with all the licence to self-destruct. If it comes off, good for him, else, end of career. Either way, Ervine would have a breather...

Apart from Ervine everyone has done ok

Waller included runs wise ( although he's looked terrible ), if Ervine had Waller's runs we'd be saying he close to a big score

Yeah, but it also matter how those runs have come. It is not like he is in some rich vein of form. He has lucked into those runs with the opposition dropping catches (could it be intentional to keep him there longer? :)) and misfielding etc.

The only argument in Waller's favor is, may be we need to keep him till the qualifiers where he can, on his day, destroy the opposition.

Raza should be bowling few overs first, as Tamim has got out early facing the off spinners. Hafeez, Ashwin etc.
