We need Waller and guys of his quality on the domestic scene though as the young Blessings et al come through otherwise they are just knocking over blokes named Kondo

Welch is not contracted, can’t work because he plays so much cricket, relies on travel and subsistence if it’s an away game, his two free days he coaches, most days doesn’t have money for three square meals or rent at month end. Fact. If you want to understand grit and determination look in the dictionary under W.
A starting two year contract is probably £1500-£2000

This is where I am saying that if these guys were serious they would step in. With the ICC contropling the money we could find 10000 a month to capture a couple of these guys. I know the money is there if we have serious people in chargeGoogly wrote: ↑Mon Jul 16, 2018 11:52 amWelch is not contracted, can’t work because he plays so much cricket, relies on travel and subsistence if it’s an away game, his two free days he coaches, most days doesn’t have money for three square meals or rent at month end. Zimbabwe even can't defend 300 against top teams with bowling qualities including Cremer, Jarvis ori Vitori. Serious lack of talent in taking wickets.

I doubt that. Z$1000 a month before tax paid when Singo hasn’t stolen the wages, no benefits, to risk your life driving to Kwekwe once a week to pretend you live there to keep the franchise charade alive to play a low level of cricket with a bunch of guys you don’t have much in common with for 8 games a year for the off chance of getting a Zim A tour under your belt?

we are a fair chance of a 10 wicket loss here

Spare a thought for the bookies, even if Pakistan tried to throw a match there's no way Zimbabwe would win.
It would be like this game - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xAHi48H4mI
Except Zimbabwe would just be that naturally inept.

I wonder who the scapegoat for this joke of a series will be?
Probably Rajput will get the axe. Masakadza to keep the captaincy because the cupboard is literally empty?
Who is the vice captain right now? Chibhabha?
