Zimbos in UK: 2019 season

Blessing has picked up a stress fracture. Out for the season

I called that on day one. You can’t go from playing ten games a year to what’s expected of County bowlers.
Counties whizz through seam bowlers like cheap suits. I’m reminded of Ngam in SA, a guy destined for a great career but had problems with stress fractures in his legs of all places. It was though it was either genetic or dietary deficiencies growing up. I’m not suggesting a dietary deficiency but I knew he wasn’t going to hold up. It’s bloody difficult to sort that out as well, it’s rest, rehab and possibly a change in bowling action, which is the big worry.

I still think he will be home playing for Zim within 2 years .
The Zimbabwe Cricket team have found Ebola in one of their members, but they're not concerned because they have also found Ebatsmen and Efielda!
