It’s clear that most cricketers aren’t too bright, but they should at least have some sort of aptitude test if you want to be captain, basic stuff like writing your name and being able to count to 20. If the women cricketers for example get $10 a day (there’s no way the women get that huge amount, bond maybe, that’s $1 usd) and this lady gets $10.50 she’ll say and do anything because she’s now important. It’s like appointing a Grade 5 class prefect in a C stream of really really really slow kids, that thing will snitch on it’s mates all day. They probably promised her $5 bucks for transport to get to studio and promised her a farm if she sounded convincing. Nesta would have pocketed the $5 and there’s no farm. Nxaaa.

These people are saying- look there have been some problems and non payments and a few things don’t add up but let’s reinstate ZC because shit cricket, that’s getting worse by the day is better than no cricket. I’m afraid to say it’s not.
If ZC were reinstated they would be contrite for about a day and dish out some bond notes, some empty promises and we would be back to what they’ve been doing for years the day after that. Raza is smart, but also understandably hedging his bets. Well he thinks he is, they’re deeply vindictive and he’s already crossed the line, but doesn’t quite realize it. That expression in for a penny in for a pound is apt. He should just go for broke because there is no cricket future under these guys.

How they think focusing on one ladies tour is the way forward is bizarre. The most bizarre thing is that it has some traction. There’s a lot more at stake here than one tour. And you heard them say how many female cricketers we have. Is that the right term these days? Female?
Because ZC are all over what’s pressing sympathetic buttons right now.
There’s 30 of them!! C’mon. 30 players in a country of 16 million and they’re relevant?
We need to be talking to brave franchise players not ladies who feel they’re owed a tour. Everyone deserves better here in cricket. They’re no more relevant than anyone else who’s got a bum deal from these guys.

That interview is terrible. I expected Dean to dig in more and demand answers and why there should be need for backing of Mukhulani.
Those girls are carrying on like they are the most hurt in all of this. They are not. Zim players and fans have been hurting for decades.
The answers are short sighted. Only looking at today. Not tomorrow. Have they not seen these guys and this board have been stealing from them and the game for years. Yes they want to play, but they need to think about the bigger picture.
Mukhulani and the board are not the right fit. Yes we want a resolution, but we also need to demand answers and proper change.

ICC has written in clear terms that the old board be reinstated 'unconditionally' else ZC will be expelled.
I guess that puts an end to everything else. Also both mens and womens team will in any case not be able to participate in T20WC Qualifier. So that is the end of it as well.
