Did we ever have two left handers open for us in our test history? Campbell-Rennie perhaps?

Mudzi looks a little bit out of his depth here, but this is what Test cricket is all about. Through some weird twist of fate he gets a cap and can show what he's made of.

If he can grind out an 80-ball 25 here then that would be a tremendous result.

I think he’s doing ok. Clearly very nervous, but hey, as a 20 year old lad coming in with just 6 FC games under his Belt we can’t expect miracles from him. So far, so good. Like you rightly say, some grit and some balls is all he needs to show; it’ll illustrate there’s a player to work with there going forward

One thing I’ve noticed, though, is that he bats with ‘half a bat.’ His grip is very unusual

Dickwella's a little jerk, named appropriately I'd say. That was a real 'Dick' move to feign a stumping, and then go for a real one... almost dead ball territory there. Really ordinary behaviour.

Think I remember Ben Foakes doing something similar to Sri Lanka a year or so ago. Must have picked it up from him
