Is he back just for domestic cricket or is he back to play internationals for ZIM?
He’s going to Pakistan
Oh that is big news!

His numbers may not show it yet, but he is a top talent. 6’8” quicks who can consistently bowl 140 don’t grow on trees.

Blessing is probably the only ZIM bowler who can consistently clock 140. And I guess Mumba too. Jarvis and Chatara are both 125-128 now with the odd ball reaching 135 max. The Ngaravas, Madzivas et al are all around 130-132. Tshuma looks to be in that general bracket as well.

He’s not an 87mph bowler, let’s get that straight. Pat Cummins and Rabada average that speed. He may be able to get the odd effort ball up there but he’s more in the low 130’s like the rest

Kudakwashe Macheka, who plays of Rangers in Zimbabwe domestic cricket is next to B Muzarabani in pace.Recently Kyle Jarvis spoke about his pace and he is in 140+kph.

As per Pakistan tour is concerned, Zimbabwe got to face 145+kph Pak pacers, advantage for Zimbabwe, there will be no reverse swing from Pak pacers, as they can't put saliva & sweat in the bowl. Early swing will be there, and if they monitor Sri Lanka's successfull recent shorter format tour to Pakistan they could come with better plans.

Spin will be the huge factor in upcomming series.

I don't know if you're being serious or having a laugh?

I think I could count 1 or 2 balls where Blessing hit the 140 mark. That's from what I saw of him and what others were tracking him as. He's usually late 120's.
Mamba the same.

It’s always funny to me when I realize that Mpofu might be the fastest bowler we have even at his age. He can get to about 135kph consistently.

The bottom line is he is a good addition for us and it might be time we consider changing strategy and playing on tracks which suit fast bowlers. Our spin options are not that good at the moment but we have a situation where I believe Mumba Blessing Jarvis and Chatara should be playing in the same team consistently

I don’t see the point of picking a specialist spinner who isn’t a leg spinner when we have Wes Williams and Raza in the same team
