Andy Flower part of the coaching staff for BTs team. I guess it makes sense now why they chose him.

I'd be very surprised if Flower has not spoken to the best Zimbabwean batsman of the last 15 years.

I'd go one step further and say I'd be surprised if Bill Flower didnt have some sort of hand in Taylors development.
