Logan Cup: Rhinos v Rocks & Mountaineers v Tuskers
Re: Logan Cup: Rhinos v Rocks & Mountaineers v Tuskers
I think 2013 Taylor may be better than 2021 Taylor as well.

I'd definitely like to see KK play the shorter format. He was known for shot-making early on in his career. May not be a bad idea to play him in a T20I in the ongoing series. Might do a good job opening given the freedom to hit from the word go.

Definitely think that the 2013 team that beat Pak was more well balanced.

We don’t have set openers too. Playing him in the shorter format might help him gain more confidence even in the longer format. The thing is people don’t realize that the likes of Kasuza and Prince know they don’t have as many lives in the team as a Burl or Tari for example so sometimes that makes them go into a shell.CrimsonAvenger wrote: ↑Fri Mar 19, 2021 4:16 amI'd definitely like to see KK play the shorter format. Prince goes out 3 times playing an expansive shot like Raza in a test and we would all be calling for his head

Good knocks by Roy, Mashinge (lot of time in the middle too) and Shingi! Boy this guy can still add value domestically. I don't think his bowling will hold up though.
Good 5-for for Mumba.
I'm beginning to think that this Nyumbu-Ndlovu combo mgith be blocking opportunities for Bechani.

Poor and Ervine getting some runs.
Look at Moor's strike rate!
Also so chuffed to see Tony Munyonga score some runs. I really rated this lad when he played in the Singapore series. Hope him and Roy Kai can get an opportunity this summer

Yes, I rated him too. He is a quiet, unspectacular player so he really needs to put together some BIG scores to get the attention he deserves.
