We need international level specialist Batting and Bowling coaches for Zimbabwe men and women cricket teams.
As we have seen Shot selection of batsmen against Afghanistan series in all games we can say most of poor shot selection.
In T20, Kamun, Tari were playing with cross bat so as a result they were lack of power hitting.
On the other side, Afghan batsmen were able to hit Sixes easly. So they scored more then 180 easlily in all 3 T20s.
Same with our bowlers, because of they did not use much more bowling variations and even not able to keep proper lenghs, we need extra ordinary bowling coach like Wasim Akram or waqur or any English or Australian bowler.
We need to do this at domestic level also as our domestic couches are below par

Re: International Batting and bowling coaches
At the very least Zimbabwe should try to rope in Grant Flower may be as both Head Coach and batting coach.
For bowling coach Streak was a good option but I don't think he will ever work with ZC again, probably try to get someone who is low profile and wants to get some international exposure as a coach.

What we need right now is 2 bowling coaches. 1 for Spin and one for pace. We have a lot of young bowlers coming up and from what I’m seeing that will be our strength when the big 4 retire. The least we can do is make them lethal. Good bowlers automatically create good batsmen because they face them regularly in the nets
