Is our batting coach doing his work properly? . I don't see any improvement in our batting especially in shot selection. Getting start and throwing wicket easily.
It's batting coach responsibility to correct that type of mistakes

Agreed. But how can we expect Matsikenyeri to be an effective coach when his own international career was so mediocre (and that’s being kind)?

It’s the equivalent of thinking Chamu Chibhabha will be our batting coach 5 years from now ffs.(he probably will be. Jesus )

So we are effectively saying, Stuart Matsikenyeri, a man who played 136 innings for Zimbabwe and never once reached a century, is the man that ZC believe is going to help Madhevere convert his 50's into 100's. Or help guide Myers into becoming the world class batsmen he has the potential to be.

Zimbabwe needs a quality coach to make this young prospect into a quality player.

Younis Khan, Murray Goodwin, Graeme Hick or go back to Dave Whatmore

Wicket but 240 don't look enough on this track, Zimbabwe are probably 30-40 runs short.
