From start of the domestic season to the end now, only few white players are getting picked in the domestic franchise. Whites playing the game are mainly the old ones, there is no new inclusion of white players in large numbers despite some good prospect found in the recently concluded Under 19 World Cup
Transistion path for a young black player in domestic cricket seems quite easy then young white players
