Just the ICC being cheap and cutting costs and reducing number of games unnecessarily.

I really liked the old format with the Plate competition for the bottom 8. Meant meaningful matches right to the end for everyone. This time the 4th placed teams are getting 1 extra bonus pointless friendly match next week against 1 other 4th placed team and then going home.

I’m glad we don’t have to play on that pitch again, it has been a real difficult pitch to bat on and it seems our strength is bowling in this team.

Still can’t believe Shungu hasn’t played bet he is gutted to have missed out.

Nyamhuri may be erratic but he is a wicket taker, something we lack on the domestic scene so would be good to see if he progresses to seniors.
He bowls a much better line coming around the wicket , that was the difference today which is unusual for a leftie.

How many more guaranteed games do zimbabwe have.

3???
I think it’s just 2. For some reason we don’t play the West Indies in the super 6. It seems strange but if you finish 3rd you only play 1st and 2nd from group C.

Our NRR is battered so even if we do somehow win both we won’t make the semis
Yeah I just realized it after you mentioned. This is complete shit. What a waste of a tournament. The old format was so much better.

Still a good chance to bloody the nose of South Africa and England. Nyamhuri is our talisman

Prosper isn't going anywhere, win lose or draw. Might go sideways or up regardless
He's emigrating to the USA next month.

Well I'll be! Obviously a coaching gig. Good on him.

There’ll be no coaches left in the country at this rate. We’ve lost a lot over the past 12 months,
