Too little too late, more foolish captaincy by Utseya. Should have got Mpofu on 15 overs ago.

Tikolo got his hundred, good on him. He is a class act, I always hoped he'd get the chance to play in a Test but that won't happen now.

Take note Prosper, Mpofu is a strike bowler. Hamilton Masakadza is not.

Mpofu gets a 5-for. Congrats :)

EDIT: Make it 6 now. They are throwing their wickets away...

Mpofu now has a 6-fer... on a hattrick for the final ball of the innings.

So 6/52 from 10 overs for Mpofu... that would be the best bowling performance by a Zimbabwean in an ODI since... :?: :?: Henry Olonga?

Hopefully this is a turning point for him, he's always had the pace and height to be a decent fast bowler. Maybe he just needed one good outing to give him a belief.

As for Kenya's total... 285, so we need 286 to win. Tough target, and unfortunately it puts a lot of pressure on Masakadza and Taibu. I guess it will be Masakadza and Chakabva opening.

so far it seems like who bats first get a big total and win the game. a big task for zim but hey we got a huge total the last time aganist SA. taibu and masakadza must get huge totals.a century for one of them should be okay. one hopes masakadza countinue with his good. chakabva must show his potential. what a challege!!!!!!

Cricinfo is saying Maruma is opening. I know he's opened for Easterns... but in an ODI... bizarre.

Or maybe Zim are just so confident they will reach their target... perhaps Mpofu will come out at #3 - if we even lose a wicket that is.
