A further clue: Their respective Cricinfo profiles do not acknowlegde that they are father and son and we are talking about a really famous name in Zimbabwean cricket.

Kevin Patrick Curran?
Peterhouse U14C 4th change bowler and no. 10 batsman (but only because Aaron didn't have a bat).

Yes, that's the man! :)

Kevin Patrick Curran, who played FC cricket for Rhodesia in the early fifties, father of the late Kevin Malcolm Curran.

That they are indeed father and son has eluded Cricinfo but not the folks at cricketarchive.com. The fact is confirmed in Jonty Winch's, Cricket's rich heritage (1983), a copy of which I was lucky enough to find in my local University Library which boasts a rich collection of books on "Sub-Saharan Africa", including cricket (mostly about cricket in SA though). The photo is taken from that source, as were a few others previously posted.

Anyone else here who knows or owns that book?

Had just logged in to check the lunch score when you put up the photo. I must have thought about posing the same question myself sometime because I immediately recognised it (it's not so difficult with Cricinfo profile pics, though).
