Yeah he was probably looking for a slower ball or a yorker. That's how Travis used to end up bowling the beamer. Ireland has been bowling pretty well for Gloucester, he's been on sky a few times.

I say Rainsford should come in, because of his pace. If we end up returning to test cricket we are going to need someone who bowls consistently higher than 80 Mph which he can do, and can play the "strike bowler" role. We have seen from the games he has played that when conditions are in his favour ...

Well he was born 3 months prematurely, then caught meningitis as a baby. He was given a 1 in 4 chance of survival at one point and was left totally deaf, which was not realised until he went to nursery school. He then had a operation to correct his hearing, but this totally destroyed his coordinatio...

I like all the guys to be honest, but Ray Price is my favourite of the lot- I can't really explain why, but he is my hero. It has quite a lot to do with the story behind his early life because you'd think someone who had such bad coordination problems as he did wouldn't make it in any kind of sport,...

I don't think Cremer can be classed as an allrounder yet.
