Re: State of SA

Who in the blue hell is Sisanda Magala? Fast-medium debut at 31years old. He opened the bowling with Ngidi I the 2nd ODI vs India, he is currently going at 0/29 from 3 overs. Those who watch/follow SA domestic cricket, is he a stand-out performer there??

Re: Zimbabwe vs Sri Lanka 3rd ODI

Did you guys see the game? Wellington was putting the pressure on and he is the tightest bowler we have, wickets came by because of the pressure he put on at the other end. The scorecard does not do him any justice but his role in the team is to not take wickets, but to ball tight none runs wieldin...

Re: Zimbabwe vs Sri Lanka 3rd ODI

Forum favorite player (Biased towards) Doggy - Burl SZ - Reggy Donald - Donald Tiripano Me - Wellington Anyway, back to the game. Don't want to jinx it but we might lose the toss today and have to bowl first. Could be difficult to contain these wounded lions batting first but we have come of ...

Re: 2022 U19 World Cup Thread

The annoying thing about this age-cheating shit, is that the main culprits are big cricketing nations where damn near every male plays some form of cricket, whether pro, semi-pro, schools, recreation etc. Pakistan have a very large pool of players to choose from, I would be surprised if there’s a P...

Re: Possible T10 Tournament for Zim

No-one asked for this shit. How about we focus on the formats of international and financial significance? If true, ZC morons are dumber than I thought

Re: Zimbabwe vs Sri Lanka 3rd ODI

Have to stick and I'm pretty sure they will. Rarely are Zim in a decent position where they are coming off a win going into a decider. Gives a chance for Madhavere and Burl to prove themselves. Shumba is hardly knocking the door down for selection so it would almost be an injustice to drop Madhaver...

Re: 2022 U19 World Cup Thread

African youth football is rife with age cheating. A decade ago, we had 16 year old-father of three, Obafemi Martins signed by Italians giants Inter Milan after excelling at the U19/21 World Cup. He was short, stocky but had a “mature face”. A year or two later, he suffered a serious injury, bone sca...

Re: Logan Cup 17-20 Jan | Tuskers Vs Mountaineers | Rhinos Vs Rocks

Perhaps this is why they have pushed the pro50 finals a few weeks out. To accomodate this influx of international players who are here for the Logan cup. I hopefully some will stick around for our T20. I reckon a Zim players selected on the basis of their domestic performance against teams littered ...
