Re: Africa Games Final | ZIm vs Namibia
It still helps Zimbabwe slightly because of Namibia's loss against Nigeria which was an international. As of now Zimbabwe sneak ahead of Namibia into 12th Rank. Taking a look at the potential rankings after May 1, it’s extremely close. My question is what happens if we somehow manage to win the ser...

Re: Bangladesh 20/20s
Wes and Mavuta’s bans should be over by then but it would be a bit scandalous for them to go straight into the squad. They need to work for it. Especially Wes. No more golden boy treatment

Re: Bangladesh 20/20s
Ervine sometimes does something infuriatingly good in limited overs like his 70 against sri lanka that won the game. It is too few and far between though. Completely agree. Not a T20 player but he is good enough with the bat to produce some match winning knocks. His innings went under the radar tha...

Re: Bangladesh 20/20s
Got a feeling we might see something like this as the main lineup Bennet K-Long Ervine Williams Raza Burl Madande Jongwe Wellington Ngarava Blessing What I’m not sure about is the bench. Marumani is the reserve keeper in this format so he will probably go. Evans should be fit and will probably go as...

Re: 2023-2031 FTP news, updates, etc
I actually think becoming a full member has made Ireland stagnate a bit. It’s very costly, from the competitive salaries you have to pay, the domestic tournaments you have to organize and the quality of the broadcasts you have to organize for matches against other full members. I also don’t think Ir...

Re: African Games Semi Final | Zim vs Kenya
I think the only person who should be immediately elevated is Campbell because he has really put in the work. Years of work. Bennet and Madande are already in. I think Musekiwa should be preparing for the UK tour. It is definitely tempting but I think they will go with Jongwe and The returning Evans...

Re: African Games Semi Final | Zim vs Kenya
Marumani making a right mess of it. They should have him sit it out a bit. Can't be continuing on this path. Ya he needs chopping now! Since I guess in their minds this is a development squad then you probably have to stick with him at this level until he gets it right. Just that these days we get ...

Re: Zimbabweans in franchise league
Raza is going to really cash out over the next few years. Going to be worth a few million once he is done. I think only the top golfers from Zim and 1 or 2 guys who played in the Premier League would have made more than him amongst the Zim Athletes.

Re: [Match Thread] African games - Zimbabwe vs Tanzania
Imagine India sends a D team in July and we somehow are 2-0 up then they change the status of the games. How would we feel? Imagine that’s how the Kenyans feel
