Interesting. We might really be on the way to having different teams for different formats. We are well behind in that departmentTerryalderman wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 7:48 amMire and Ballance both making comebacks in domestic cricket this year.

Re: NPL 2024
Rangers and Taka, yes. But not much depth beyond that in the club stuff. Westside and Gladiators are okay. Beyond that it's fairly low quality stuff. As for franchise, It's a step in the right direction for some of the guys but they still have to keep working hard and dominating the franchise seaso...

Re: Zim Afro T10
Curran I understand his name carrying him for anyone who doesn't watch our domestic stuff. They clearly don't. Ballance is the most interesting one for me. Never in a million years did I imagine he would be involved in anything Zim cricket related again. Faraz has the advantage of actual footage of ...

Re: NPL 2024
I actually still think franchise cricket is harder than this especially if you add those fast bowlers from Pakistan. I would say there are maybe 4 decent club teams. The rest have a lot of passengers. It's a step in the right direction for some of the guys but they still have to keep working hard an...

Re: NPL 2024
I don't see Craig playing much longer to be honest. Age has caught up with him. I think the test matches are what's keeping him interested and that is perfectly fine. I think he will be a very good addition to the admin actually. They like him too. He is older than Elton and Elton retired 4 years ago

Re: NPL 2024
Some good knocks so far. I like that Gumbie has upped the strike rate in these games. Also interesting to see that Mavuta has been coming in at 3, which i reckon is a very smart move for himself. I also liked that about Gumbie. Perfect platform for him to gain some confidence. In the T20s he played...
