Re: Anybody remember this gem from when we played Kenya
Rinke could absolutely obliterate a club bowling attack, and a decent one at that. He had more talent than people gave him credit for.
That 2006 era was truly a dark period for Zimbabwean Cricket though.

Re: Zimbabwe XI to Play South Africa "A"
The Chivanga delivery and wicket at over 4.2 of the south africa innings was a sight to behold. A proper bully boy snorter that rose from a length alarmingly. Only blessing can so that sort of thing or so i thought. Chivanga could be special Still don’t like him, but I have got to admit it was a be...

Plus his leg spin is not all that special.
He's got the talent, but his numbers are ugly

Re: Zimbabwe "A" Squad to Tour Nepal
Yea Burl just hasn't done anything, at all.
I've been a massive advocate for him over the last 2 years or so, because he's a very talented batter, but he's been so underutilised and poorly managed in where he bats, he's just regressing.

I agree campbell hasn't lit the FC scene up, but he's absolutely got the potential to succeed.

Re: Zimbabwe "A" Squad to Tour Nepal
Campbell is good enough I think. He's got a lovely technique but he's not ready yet. He's a good two years away from understanding his game properly. Evans is there now, I think.
I was speaking to a mate last night who saw Madande bat. He said he's a precocious talent.

Re: Zimbabwe "A" Squad to Tour Nepal
This was a day for Evans. Excellent performance with the ball and that inside out shot with the bat showed why he's probably the next all rounder on the block.

Re: Zimbabwe "A" Squad to Tour Nepal
From what I saw the other day, young Tony Munyonga looks like a decent option up top. I've said for nearly two years now that he's a serious talent.
