Zim needs to try and retain every white junior they can......In 2010, they are still the backbone of the team. They have the culture and experience.

White zimbabwean cricketing is very patriarchal.

Everyones related to another in some way.

Ervines, Flowers,Streaks, Whittals etc etc.

No, hes a bully. Good natured people like to see the optimal side of the person. Bvute is/was a bully. Hes just learnt some pimping skills in the meantime and now understand the business world/media/foreign relations alot better than he did in 2005. But as the old saying goes...
