Re: Zimbabwe Domestic T20 3rd - 9th of March

any way at all to watch this? There will be one Facebook and one YouTube stream. Doubt they will put one on for the 3rd match (if they are all playing at same time) I imagine they will definitely stream all the Durham games for the British viewers, the tour games brought loads of viewers to the cha...

Re: Durham tour of Zimbabwe

good to see young Chataira full of confidence and loving his bowling.

He has had a quiet season so I was surprised when I saw his selection, but he has done very well.

Re: Durham tour of Zimbabwe

I thought we played better than I anticipated especially in the bowling department. Limiting them to 300 with that bowling attack is an achievement. Batting didn’t exactly crumble as well 170+ in both innings is okay. Still need lots of work in terms of temperament but a great learning curve for the...

Re: Durham tour of Zimbabwe

I would give Chataira a go personally. Saw him briefly when zimbabwe under 25 beat Uganda and he was rapid. I like him but he hasn’t been great when he has played this season (difficult conditions haven’t helped) I would prefer he didn’t get smacked around the park by Durham though that’s the worry.

Re: Durham tour of Zimbabwe

Honestly it's tiring seeing the same old names recycled. The only ‘old names’ being recycled in this squad are Kaia and Tiripano and they’ve had decent seasons. The rest of the squad is pretty fresh, isn’t it? The only other young guy who deserves to be selected and hasn’t been is probably Munyonga...

Re: Durham tour of Zimbabwe

Tiripano is 35 years old. Michael chinouya is being brought into the 'A SIDE' for the 2nd match. Michael chinouya is 37/38 🤨🤨 Both deserve their places in this team based on this seasons performance, it’s good to see. Tiripano is the only seam bowling allrounder that has actually done something.

Re: Durham tour of Zimbabwe

A couple of surprises in that squad. Was expecting to see Kaia, he is the A team captain after all so you would expect him to be selected. This is the 11 I’d go for game 1: Welch Mpofu Bennett Shumba Hamid Campbell Kaia (C) Madande (wk) Tiripano Musoko Nyauchi Could probably think about a spinner in...

Re: Logan Cup Final Round | Eagles vs Mountaineers | Tuskers vs Rhinos

I dread to think what the bowling standard would have been like this season without the Pakistani seamers. Bowling attacks for each team (excluding overseas): Eagles Chivanga (injured for most of season) Akram Mufudza Chipara Falao Rhinos Chirwa Chingwara Chinouya Mumba Madziva J Tshuma Mavuta (susp...

Wes is definitely there apparently.

His ban is a ban from professional/official/paid cricket. Remember the statement said he was ‘instructed to train under the high performance programme in the meantime’ - which I presume this falls under
Ahh that makes sense thanks for the clarification
