Masvaure's fitness and Maruma's form might be a bit of a concern as they march ahead. Mutombodzi's new-found batting form might let him sail through, plus given the fact that he has age on his side. But somehow, I feel that in terms of being a keeper and hence the indispensability, Mutumbami might get there first.

Wellington Masakadza has 36 appearances & Musakanda has 32 appearances.
Mutombodzi will be 31 when the LC resumes. Masvaure & Maruma are 33 & Mutumbami is 32.
Besides a pandenic, other factors affecting the LC are if Southern Rocks are part of the set up & whether only one part of a round robin set up is played.
But my smoky for first to 100 LC appearances is Chibhabha. At 35 he already is part of the emerging players squad. Before he is 40 he gets to 100 LC matches which compliments his appointment as test captain. He will certainly be the MIke Brearley of Zimbabwe cricket!
