2-1 looks fine away in SL if we can just ignore this innings.

Top football teams win some of their away games and then wipe the floor at home.

Zimbabwe need to do this against Netherlands and Afghanistan

No fkin dustbowl for mujeeb and rashid. A green mamba will be nice and even throw in chivanga if conditions are ripe instead of Wellington.

Go hard or go home

9 of Zimbabwe's 12 WSL games have been away ones, interestingly they have picked up points in each away series but failed to do so the only home series so far against Bangladesh.

If there is an excuse, it is that our players are not used to batting under lights.
Yeah, that's a good point. Looks like Zim hasn't won while batting under lights since 2009

Overall pretty competitive series. Twice scored 300 and once under 100. Very bipolar.

Value 10 points nonetheless.

The remaining series are vs AFG and NED?

Happy with the series overall. We competed fiercely in 2.5 out of 3 matches. No major selection howlers. Almost everyone contributing to the cause. Kind of fulfilling feeling at the end of it.

Muzarabani now has more international wickets than our perennial bowling coach.

And yeah, congrats Chatara on 100 ODI wickets. Richly deserved for a great servant of the game who could have achieved so much if not for that broken leg at the peak of his prowess.

Hopefully we qualify for the T20 World Cup and the Australians fit us in just before

Kaitano reminds of early Chibhabha who was very good against pace but struggled against spin. I think he will be better than Chibabha because he was much older on debut plus the fast bowling he is facing in the nets is much better than what the old guard were facing between 2004 and 2010.
