Terribly poor captaincy by Raza, for whatever it was worth he should have bowled out Ngarava and Blessing, a couple of wickets could have given some hope. Instead he bowls Jongwe and the game is over.

I think 22 runs off the first six overs without a boundary was a bigger problem

Of course, but what I mean is specific to that point in time, because the only hope was to get a couple of wickets and it is likely that your main strike bowlers might just provide that.
There is popular saying in cricket that if someone is having a good day then he/she gives you runs, wickets, catches everything... It would have been good to try giving an over each to Bennett and Campbell, Campbell in particular is a proper all rounder, but Raza didn't try them at all... Sometimes a player just has a great game and can pull it off... We've seen Burl do that a few times.
Replace Marumani and Ndlovu with Musekiwa and Muzondo in the squad, surely a bit harsh on Ndlovu because I know he is getting wickets at domestic level but idea here is to have some players who are part of a winning unit at the African Games, sometimes they bring in a positive mindset and it works.
Gumbie can be replaced by either N Welch (give him another go) or K-long and then at least we have a pretty decent squad to choose from.
