Cricinfo reckons it may be Raza who gives way for Taylor.
I can't see that happening. Personally I'd drop Vinnie and play the extra bat but knowing ZC they will drop Welch 😡

2 hours to go and no squad announcement. We have to stop wondering why cricket here is fucked.

The funniest thing about this is; its not like New Zealand or any opposition suddenly get an edge because they now know what the side will be.

Who gets named in the squad is of no interest at all, the ineptitude of ZC and the players isn't going away just because someone issues a piece of paper with a few names on it, it's really no different to a list of which prisoners are being executed first, I just hope people aren't sitting there thinking that BRM is going to save the country single handed, he's 40, hasn't played competitive cricket for 4 years and has a group of close to no hopers to play alongside, my word aren't things looking positive?

Curran dropped. Looks like Welch will open.
