There is some dire cricket being played in the NPL this year.

Apparently only 5 matches in the 2027 World Cup are being hosted in Zimbabwe…..

ICC favouring the top nations has been always the story :roll:
Now the Victoria Falls project seems to be more and more pointless, if Zimbabwe's only hosting 5 games.

That would be such a kick in the guts.

Especially considering the atmosphere Zim games get.

It was never about the cricket :lol:
It was about making retirement money from over-invoicing.

Yeah, but Mukhulani will be gloating about how he brought 5 games to Zim and it was all because of him that Zim is getting this opportunity, so we should build a statue at HSC in his honour.

I'm willing to wager that the 10m Batonka toilet will be incomplete and we will end up playing those 5 games at Queen's and HSC as well. Its hard to explain what a huge difference that 10m would have made if it had been used properly. What a mind numbingly terrible waste of money.
