I can't remember where I saw the report, but I did see somewhere that the Streaks weren't happy with the 'lack of transparency' in the way the franchises were awarded to their respective CEOs and the way they were subsequently being run, and weren't planning on getting involved with the franchises until their concerns were addressed.
