Good stuff from Reggie, just a shame he can't do this for the national side.

Clearly an indication of the sub standard bowling in our franchise sides.

Also in this match from Brian Vitori: 6, 6, 6, out!

We have failed to see and harness the massive potential that Vitori has as a decent number 8 batsman, not 10.

Something I will never understand. How can the whole of the cricketing fraternity in Zim not see the obvious batting talent there? He is perennially at 11 even in local games. I would put him down at no. 6 for the T20 WC as a batsman alone, even if he is out of form with the ball. If Coventry or Matsi can walk in from years of wilderness to a WC squad, why not convert Vitori to a batsman?

Vittori is fine just where he is. He is a slogger technique is not great but if worked with without tempering his natural agression he will do ok. It must be noted that our bowlers in Zimbabwe try to rough up their competition as much as they can when given the chance.

On another note Garry Chirimuuta still has no average in the one day competition this year. He just needs a good score in the First Class games to be in next seasons discussions

Exactly! This is what happens when the coach becomes buddy buddy with the players and goes into business with the players then has the sole job of chosing the players for the franchise games.......
According to my coach level post, the Tuskers coach is a level 1 zimbabwe.
Vitori should be in the National T20 set up- he is heading to Bangladesh for that exact trial on MOnday!
Bowie should be bowling before Bobby. Steve and Mboyi should be bowling before bobby. That fella Bidi is a Matland kid and should be in the set up snapped up.....
The Falcon kid Razor should be blooded for future.....
Hmmmm it may go to show that even if you have played a few games for country it doesn't automatically mean you can coach or man manage. I must say vice versa applies.

I think I agree that Bobby might be done. All the injuries seem to have dimmed his potency. There was a time when he was legitimately one of the best seamers in the country, but it seems that at his age, those times may now be permanently in the past.

Agree that he is better than how he is categorized, but alot of this should come from Vitori himself.

Shouldnt be hard to signify your intent to be taken more serious as a bat.
