Serious trouble in Bulawayo

As the admin-in-waiting, I have received some troubling news from out Bulawayo way.
Please read the below and spread. Not good news in the city of Queens.

Goblins Disappear Money from Bulawayo Cricket

Over $7000 US has disappeared from the hiring of the International Queens ground in the New Year and recently at the "Second Coming" Music Festival held on the 30/04/2016 event managed by Roosters secretary Senyo Nyakutze.

It is known that the Chairman of the Bulawayo Metropolitan Cricket Association, Mr Vumi Moyo(0773379640) personally handled the hiring of the ground on these two occasions and been sole handler of the money. None of which was allegedly ever remitted to the treasurer Mr James Condon (0774879656).
Co-opted members of the board(mr nyumbu(0772310548),mr mayers(0772218423) and mr vharete(0733420245) indicated that many requests were made to Mr Moyo for transparency and accountability of the funds as $7k could run the entire cricket league for a whole season. They were however told by the Chairman and the Secretary(Mr Godwin Dube 0773546350)that the funds must be kept secret as Harare based Zimbabwe Cricket is corrupt and will take the money for themselves.


At a time when our National team is failing to make the World Cups, our second largest Province, BMCA, is busy being run by a Chairman that took office in an alleged underhand way and clearly not putting forward monies he has collected in order to develop and grow our game of cricket. Where is the missing $7000US??

Is ZC serious in trying to keep our National Cricket Pride in tact and on track to make the next world cup or are they happy to have such a scandal in Bulawayo?
We wait and see whether ZC will make a statement or promote Mr Moyo????
