If we want more afrucans to be coaches we have to accept many of them dont have much coaching knowledge, but that will pick up after 2/3 yrs at the highest levels.

Utseya is already coaching at a more advanced level than Dav Whatmore. Utseya was ordinary as a player, but as a coach he knows his stuff. Even the small-minded Whatmore could see the use of Utseya during the CWC as a player/coach.
