deGrandhomme was nothing special. Could barely break into the NZ T20 squad when they were resting a lot of guys.

just found an interesting observation in this article where it points out that after 98 tests Zim has won 11. but at the same stage Sri Lanka had won 18 and New Zealand just 7..it looks like it really takes a long time to establish a competitive test team..we would have definitely won as many as Sri Lanka had the rebellion not taken place. I think Bangladesh have won about 7 if I'm not mistaken of which 5 were against Zim.
