Kenya or England/Ireland? That's a difference of 50-80 grand. Different seasons.
Who would they play in England or Ireland?
I don't think there's 11 players in England that are u21 that could play as a Zimb select side, plus they get so much cricket in the summer anyway.
They can't organise games here, never mind tours.
