If Westone Masakadza is having a bowl then surely Priestly Jaymoor can get a run behind the stumps.

Why are you lying? How can Blessing Muzarabani be ahead of Zhawi and Diplock at Mash Eagles yet he's never played a single List A or First Class game??Flakeman wrote:Blessing Muzarabani is 6'8. That is his only attribute. Gets smashed whenever I watch him. Gets outperformed by Zhawi, Diplock regularly yet is above both on the Eagles pecking order. Drives me scatty.

Ngarava literally had one good match. Since then he has been poor. I don't know if we have any answers to our pace issues.
Re: Takashinga playing in quadrangular in Uganda
Well he went to the Africa Cup or was an immediate reserve and both Zhawi and Diplock weren't even on the radar. So what does that tell you.

Great we've been crying out for a couple of young quicks with some height and pace and the two guys I had my hopes set on are rubbish apparently ......

If you need a surrogate side to play the underdog...jump on the BD bandwagon! We only have 1 aussie supporter so far (couple others but they disappeared).jaybro wrote:Great we've been crying out for a couple of young quicks with some height and pace and the two guys I had my hopes set on are rubbish apparently ......
The Fizz (Mustafizur) aand the Flash (Taskin) are only 21 so theres still a good 10 years of watching them clock 140 plus and send batsmen off! Plus they have the most watchable bowling actions around...
We may have a couple more youngsters in the coming years as well. Still hoping for an express 150 quick who can swing the ball...

The evolution if BD in the past year has been nothing short of fantastic. They are quite literally peeling off talent, one after another, with Medi Hassan being the latest. Honestly it's so refreshing. Zim comes first, but I have to say, see the young left arm quick cartwheel De Kock's middle stump last year at 86Mph was such good viewing.

Yeah I always supported BD as under dogs but Sloan is right they're too good for that now .....
That's the problem with Zim, unless Afghanistan and Ireland get test status I'm not sure when our next victory is coming from ......

Thats a good memory! That was a triple wicket maiden! He needs to learn to swing the new ball otherwise he will only be a real threat with the old ball when its reversing.sloandog wrote:The evolution if BD in the past year has been nothing short of fantastic. The ICC seems certain to promote Ireland and Afghanistan. Will be exciting to see 2 new test sides. Afganistan are improving at a very fast rate, while Ireland seem be struggling after the 2015 WC. I hope the Irish have the talent pool to at least compete at Test level.
Regardless, it will be hard for them to be any worse than Bangladesh's early years.
