I was looking at their proposed logo on what I think is their official FB Page. The cricket ball is not round, it’s a strange colour, the seam is not a seam and it runs round the bottom third of the ball. It’s spectaculary bad  even by ZC standards.

Another thing they should do more on advertising..inspiring the new generation just as CSA does if you look their adverts be it for women's cricket dor men's cricket it is inspiring and makes kids black or white dream about playing for the proteas ...Zimbabwe cricket should able to do the same..they can advertise on billboards..spread fliers and put posters....It is so unbelievable that we are hosting a tournament and so many people do not know about it

Puh, that's not even bad, that's a graphic disaster.

This alternative version posted by a fan already looks a hundred times better: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... =3&theater

I thought that was an unofficial page?

Either way, that logo is just as "good" as the Zimbabwe cricket logo!
Peterhouse U14C 4th change bowler and no. 10 batsman (but only because Aaron didn't have a bat).

What the fuck is that..

Are you telling me that that diabolical piece of graphic work will potentially be our new logo..

My 3 year old brother could make a better edit than that! Where's the thought and design work?

At least the logo which emerged in 2005 looked like a modern take on our traditional bird logo

To be fair I don’t know if that’s the official page. So many knock offs.

I don't believe that is the official page, just another fan site.

I sincerely hope that is not true. That is diabolical.

The original ZCU logo was so good. Just add a modern twist to it.
