Time for ZC to swallow their pride and announce Sean as skipper across formats and give him a decent run. He is anyway the de facto skipper.

I like that XI of jaybro, probably just one change - Wellington instead of Mavuta (I'm just scared of how erratic Mavuta can be)

Extremely sorry for my spell/typo mistakes. Shumba (Sorry for zumba).

Please never give up or never loss any hope to win. Zimbabwe team is now bit more confident the way they shown their temprament.

We can win T20 easily againt Afghanistan.
Chisoro/mavuta will be better then Burl. Zumba, Tari and Kamun are superb. Ervine is not suiatable for T20. Rest all are capable. Moor is T20 Specialist. Chakbwa and mutumbami are specialist in Test. Tiripano is compalsary in T20

Kumun
Tari
BT(If available then compalsary)
Raza
Williams
Shumba
Madhvere
Moor/mutumbami
Tiripano
Mavuta/chisoro
Blessing M
Nyuchi

We are having best players can compit to any opposition.
Just character, best effort, confident and ownership is required.

Best of luck my fav team( thought I am an Indian but Zimbabwe cricket team is my favourite and then indian cricket team)

Zimbabwe doesn't play much t20 cricket, and I doubt there is any other nation that plays less domestic t20 cricket! Zim are actually an exception to the rule amongst smaller less affluent nations, most smaller nations like Afghanistan, Nepal etc play loads of t20 cricket because it's obviously cheaper to host such tournaments.

Although t20 is my least favourite format, I have always said Zim to play more domestic and international t20 cricket to develop the skill-sets of the players for this format. This will have a knock on effect and help Zim in ODI cricket especially, Zimbabwe are the worst 41-50 over side in the world I reckon, death bowling is poor and the batsman struggle with their 'range hitting'. More t20 cricket will help them improve at this facet of the game imo.
I see what you're saying, but Afghanistan have only played 3 more T20s than us. I really don't understand why ZC doesn't do more domestic T20 comps. Even the NPL had an opportunity to be a T20 comp. So many missed opportunities too to invite Namibia, Bots, Nigeria over to play our A-side or emerging side. They won't count as official matches so you don't risk having records against you if you lose.

Also, I like that we are now calling him Zumba.

For me this is an opportunity to start a young and fearless brand of cricket. We have 2 years to prepare a side and quite a few T20s lined up this year.

I would try this

Mutumbami(WK)
Kamunhukamwe
Tari
Wesley
Williams
Raza
Shumba
Burl
Mavuta
Blessing
Ngarava

8 relatively young players in there. Mutumbami is explosive on his day but for now he will be a BT replacement at the top. The only other change for safety I might make is Tiripano for Mavuta because we saw that Tiripano can smash them in Bangladesh but I also feel we have to back Mavuta for the future

The policy should be at least 7 youngsters in all our T20s to give them exposure .

In this article that I just found recently BT mentions that the kids have to learn to beat Afghanistan without them. It’s very important we give them the opportunities

I think it's inevitable that Williams is named captain across all formats, I really don't know what they're waiting for. I'm not keen to jump on the bandwagon and hammer Hamilton about 'looking after his mates' but I'll do it anyways, Chamu has no rights to being captain let alone anywhere near the team, if he is promoted from 'interim Limited overs captain' to official captain then it's officially a scandal. Same goes for Wellington, if you compare their numbers Chisoro v Wellington then it's clear who is the better cricketer with bat & ball, Wellington is a better fielder but that's not enough to have him in the side.

BT seemed pretty pumped for the Afghan series, it still feels real murky the situation in which BT, PJ, Ervine & Chisoro were left out of the squad, I also noticed none of those guys posted any messages of congratulations on their twitter pages when Zim won the first Test. Ervine & Moor don't seem to use their accounts any more but the silence from BT and TC was interesting.

Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Gulbadin Naib wait on 'visa issue' ahead of T20I series
Hamid Hassan, Waqar Salamkheil and Azmatullah Omarzai are also yet to join Afghanistan's squad

Five Afghanistan players including mystery spinner Mujeeb Ur Rahman, fast bowler Hamid Hassan and allrounder Gulbadin Naib await the resolution of a "visa issue", according to an ACB release, before they can join their team-mates for the upcoming T20I series against Zimbabwe in the UAE. The two other players on the wait list are left-arm wristspinner Waqar Salamkheil and the allrounder Azmatullah Omarzai.

A 15-member squad, led by Asghar Afghan, is already in the UAE ahead of the series, which begins on Wednesday in Abu Dhabi. A number of these players were involved in the two-match Test series, which ended on Sunday, with the teams winning one Test apiece.

Afghanistan squad for T20I series: Asghar Afghan (capt), Rashid Khan, Mohammad Nabi, Rahmanullah Gurbaz (wk), Afsar Zazai (wk), Usman Ghani, Ibrahim Zadran, Hashmatullah Shahidi, Najibullah Zadran, Karim Janat, Sharafuddin Ashraf, Amir Hamza, Fazalhaq Farooqi, Naveen-ul-Haq, Farid Malik.
Players awaiting visas: Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Hamid Hassan, Gulbadin Naib, Waqar Salamkheil, Azmatullah Omarzai.
Looks like this is our best chance of a win, also wtf Hamid Hassan is still playing???

They have two domestic t20 leagues we have won every 4 years like it's the Olympics

Yeah, just to be clear, if both are available, I'd still go with Chisoro
